Interlink Technologies works with your team to establish a schedule that will have the least amount of disruption to your business. Considerations for implementation may include:
- Time of the year – is there a busy time that we need to avoid? Holidays? Harvesting? School Year? Many businesses have a "slow" season, which is ideal for the "Go Live."
- Environment – For example, if you have a freezer environment it is beneficial to get the employees comfortable with the system before implementing the WMS in the freezer. The "Go Live" process may include everything but the freezer to avoid the learning curve in the harsh environment. The freezer implementation can be a second phase after achieving a level of comfort.
