Interlink Technologies uses "system administrator" and "train the trainer" processes for training.
Trains upper management and decision makers how the system works and how to manage business rules, authorities and passwords for employees. System Administrators are authorized to make changes to business rules "on the fly" without needing to involve programming assistance from Interlink. Enabling System Administrators the authority to make these changes is not only a convenience but also a timesavings and cost savings.
Trains the key people on the floor, usually functional leaders, floor supervisors or warehouse managers who will be using the system day in and day out. We will train you to train others to use Warehouse-LINK® so that ongoing training can continue in-house.
Warehouse-LINK® Warehouse Management System uses standard interfaces and seamlessly integrates with business systems such as ERPs and accounting systems as well as material handling automation such as Pick-To-Light, Voice Picking, Scales, Conveyors, etc. Warehouse Link ® enhances these systems and not replace them.
It is not necessary to change the ERP system when implementing Warehouse-LINK®. Warehouse-LINK® works independent of the ERP system and manages all warehouse operations. Information is shared and exchanged between the ERP and Warehouse-LINK®: Down bound information from the ERP to Warehouse-LINK® are PO’s, items, orders. Up bound from Warehouse-LINK® to the ERP are receipts, inventory adjustments and shipments.
Implementation of Warehouse-LINK® typically takes less than three months.
Interlink’s Project Manager performs, coordinates, and directs completion of implementation details per agreed timeline and assures successful implementation through proven project strategies. They focus on your project scope and costs while transferring skills, knowledge, and ownership to your team members. A weekly Status Report communicates accomplishments for the previous week, plans for the current week, items for your management attention, and items for Interlink’s management attention.
Interlink Technologies is committed to using state of the art equipment that will enable you to get the job done right. We coordinate requirements with vendors, review designs, conduct performance simulations, establish the final configuration, order all hardware, define site installation requirements, supervise all installations, coordinate an acceptance test and manage vendor relations. Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible for you.
