Availability

  • Standard support contract is unlimited Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • Extended support options are available, including 24/7/365.

Terms

  • Implementation support period begins with the initial production usage and continues for 90 days
  • After the first 90 days, a one year support agreement begins and continues with yearly renewal
